Bola is an educator and innovator who is constantly seeking solutions, to problems be they environmental, social or cultural. A committed Educator with over 10 years of experience working in a number of leading UK academic institutions, he has a strong background in teaching students from various social and cultural origins.

Bola is currently working on projects to provide affordable housing solutions in a number of countries and it is this experience that will help SUFA in delivering new projects including its SIB.

Dee has over twenty years experience as a programmer and project manager. Dee has toured shows nationally and internationally. An experienced trainer she has provided people centred training for over ten years.

With her experience in conference, events and project administration within statutory and private sector, she is a welcomed addition to the Board. We are very fortunate to have Ms. McCalla to take charge of raising the profile of the charity and to oversee the new image.

Danmore is a positive and proactive professional. He specialises in the strategic planning and management of programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing awareness of the impact of health conditions whilst supporting those directly affected. Danmore has a proven history of utilizing his strong academic background in economics to produce detailed budgets, to effectively control programme expenditure and to prepare and submit comprehensive financial reports.

A confident communicator, negotiator and public speaker he enjoys being part of, as well as leading, a successful and productive team and thrives in highly pressurised and challenging working environments.

SUFA requires determination, skill and passion and these are just some of the qualities found in our Director, Cleve McCollin. Tasked with overseeing the transformation of SUFA’s delivery which is dedicated to helping communities to grow and individuals to change their lives.

SUFA has made amazing headway and is now a respected charity in London and is being transformed from a local charity into an international development charity, addressing the needs of a growing constituency of users and partners both in the UK and Internationally. He is now charged with managing SUFA’s development work which is conditioned by the need to make real changes in poor communities, and developing a mechanism to finance this work.
